Conditions for Refund
- You must request cancellation or modification of your service contract within 14 days of purchase or renewal, except where longer periods are mandated by applicable law.
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that have not been rendered yet. For ongoing projects, the refund amount will be proportional to the work not yet completed.
- All refund requests must include a reason for the request and proof of payment.
- We don’t have any return policy
Non-refundable Services
- Services that have already been rendered or completed.
- Custom services that are personalized or tailored to specific requirements.
- Any service where the work has commenced as per the terms of the agreement.
Process for Requesting a Refund

- Our customer service team will review your request and may require additional documentation or evidence regarding the service rendered.
- We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request based on our evaluation.
Refund Issuance
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.
- If the refund is approved, you will be notified via email and the funds will be processed accordingly.
Exceptions
- In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) where there is evidence of use or benefit derived from the service.
- Services terminated due to violations of our service agreement or unethical business practices will not be eligible for a refund.
